Frequently asked questions

What counts as a document output?: One document output is one personalised PDF generated for one student. If you generate learning packs for a class of 25 across 3 lessons, that’s 75 outputs. Resource creation, editing, and AI drafting are free and unlimited on all plans.
What happens if I hit the output limit?: We use soft limits, not hard blocks. If you consistently exceed your plan’s allowance, we’ll reach out to help you find the right plan for your usage.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?: Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time and we’ll pro-rate the difference. Annual plans are billed upfront.
How does the Starter plan’s resource limit work?: The Starter plan allows up to 10 active resources at any time. To create a new resource once you’ve reached the limit, simply archive one you no longer need.
How does School pricing work?: School plans are priced per pupil per year based on your school’s enrolment. Get in touch and we’ll put together a quote tailored to your school.
Can Adaptify be funded from SEND or Pupil Premium budgets?: Yes. Adaptify directly supports learners with identified needs through personalised formatting and reading level adaptation. Schools regularly use SEND funding and Pupil Premium to purchase tools like Adaptify.
Is student data secure?: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest with UK data residency. We are aligned with UK GDPR requirements and provide role-based access controls and audit trails.
Are multi-year agreements available?: Yes. School plans can be purchased on 2- or 3-year agreements for budget certainty. Contact us for details.
